Zoran was born in Zvornik, Bosnia and Herzegovina and received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Military Technical Academy (VTA – Yugoslavia ) in 1992. From 1992 to 1998, he gained valuable engineering experience. He published technical papers and presented them at two different technical conferences. In 1998, he immigrated to Canada
